Mum's Chai Spiced Syrup
Your secret sauce to making the perfect chai cocktails. We've used the Indian Breakfast Chai spice mix but if you fancy a ginger base then use the Arak spice mix.

Ingredients
4 tbsp Mum's Chai Mix
3 teabags of your choice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 cup water

Instructions
Pop a pan on the hob, pour water, add tea bags and Mum's chai Mix. Bring to boil, simmer for 10mins and stir occasionally. Switch off heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let it cool down, sieve in a mason jar and store in fridge for 3 hours before you use.
Mum's Chai Spiced Old Fashioned
The perfect Autumn/Winter drink to keep you warm during those cold evenings. Made with Mum's Chai Syrup this is a unique twist on a classic cocktail.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Mum's Chai Syrup
1.5 oz Bourbon
Orange peel to garnish
Instructions
Add 2 tbsp of Mum's Chai Syrup, bourbon to a cocktail glass. Use a cocktail stirrer to mix it up. Adjust sweetness if you need to. Add ice and garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy!

Mum's Chai Champagne Delight
Perfect for a little get together this chai champagne delight is enough to get those senses going.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Mum's Chai Syrup
1/2 oz Bourbon
3 oz Champagne (or prosecco)
Cinnamon stick and anise to garnish

Instructions
Add Mum's Chai Syrup, bourbon to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail class and top with champagne. Add the garnishes and you are good to go.
Mum's Chai Summer Sunshine
This refreshing, cool and just what summer ordered! This one can easily turn into a fantastic tasting mocktail - just drop the vodka.

Ingredients
2 tbs Mum's Chai syrup
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Cranberry juice
1 oz Lemonade
1 oz Vodka
Pomegranate to garnish

Instructions
In a cocktail maker mix with ice the orange juice, cranberry lemonade and vodka. . Strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice cubes. Pour in Mum's chai syrup slowly and allow to settle. Stir before drinking.

Mum's Chai Espresso Martini
A little treat to cap off the night mum's way!
Ingredients
2 tbsp Mum's Chai syrup
1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Kahlua
1 oz espresso
1 ounce canned coconut milk
Star anise for garnish

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine mum's chai syrup, vodka, Kahlua, espresso, and coconut milk. Add ice and shake for 1 minute. Strain into glass. Garnish with star anise.
